SANTIAGO GALLICHIO - Chairman of the Board
He assumed leadership of the company in 2008, transforming it from a provider of electrical discharge machining (EDM) services for third parties into a comprehensive die-making company specializing in sheet metal. He is responsible for developing the company's more than fifty die-making clients and the over 350 projects completed since joining. In 2022, he became President of CAMYM, the Argentine Chamber of Dies and Molds, reintegrating it into the international association ISTMA. He is an economist specializing in corporate governance and is the President of IGEP, the Institute of Business Directors of Argentina. He is the company's commercial and financial officer and its strategic leader. He also served as President of Provincia Leasing (2016-2020) and Vice President of the Argentine Leasing Association.

GUSTAVO VIDELA - Industrial Director
He joined the company in 2012, after serving as head of tooling at Escorial, a white goods company. In 2013, he joined the Board of Directors of Tecnoerosión, assuming the role of Technical Director. Since then, he has overseen all tooling projects, collaborating on technical budgeting and design, as well as the production and procurement of component parts, and leading final testing and adjustments. He selected and trained the company's team of professionals, which he leads. He teaches tooling at the Basque-Argentine Training Institute (IFT) and conducts in-company training programs for CAMYM. He is a highly respected professional in the sector, highly regarded by his colleagues and peers.

RODRIGO GARCÍA - Tool and Die Project Leader
A specialist in precision machining, he has specialized in die design since joining the company. He began as a programmer-operator in 2017 and was later appointed head of all CNC machining centers. He currently manages the technical and programming department and also leads die-making projects.

MARCELO VIDELA - Tool and Die Project Leader
A specialist in precision and quality machining, he joined the company in 2014. He specialized in the programming and operation of wire EDM machines, Tecnoerosión's traditional specialty since its founding. He later assumed responsibility for the entire wire EDM and die-sinking EDM department. He currently oversees the entire in-house parts production workshop as well as the quality control department for all parts, both manufactured in-house and sourced from suppliers. He also leads tooling projects.
